The market's most popular ultrasonic generator for screening applications in the bulk solids industry is available in various versions. Easy to retrofit or to integrate into new projects. The DGS Single version has one HF output, which transfers the full power of the generator onto a sieve.

C35-SD8
The C35-SD8 converter series is the all-time bestseller among ultrasonic converters. Not least because the product simply delivers. Whether large-surface industrial sieves, small sieves, ultrasonic clamps, silos, or conveying pipes. In addition to its wide range of applications, the converter is also valued for its exceptionally easy assembly/disassembly. Available as Ex (zone 22 outside, 20 inside) or Non-Ex version. C32-HP1
The C32-HP1 converter series is the big brother of the C35-SD8. It is used especially in twin operation, because thanks to its design the converter always performs around the same, predefined resonance range. Whether large-surface industrial sieves, silos or conveyor pipes, the C32-HP1 excites almost all applications in the most common environments. In addition to its performance, the C32-HP1 is also valued for its exceptionally easy assembly/disassembly. Available as Ex (zone 22 outside, 20 or 1 inside) or Non-Ex version. C35-LP1
The C35-LP1 converter series is the reliable favorite for small sieves. Especially in combination with the CoolSieve the converter is the ideal partner for protective sieving. Its closed design with fixed 1.5m cable is particularly suitable for use in hazardous areas. In combination with the RLG-L generator, the converter comes with a UL Recognized certification according to NFPA 79. Available as Ex (zone 22 outside, 20 or 1 inside) or Non-Ex version. C35-GD2
The C35-GD2 converter series is the only one in the converter portfolio that can be used within ATEX/IECEx zones 1/21. Its enclosed design with fixed 5m or 10m cable provides the basis for an optimal safety concept. For optimal handling, the C35-GD1 (right-hand thread) has been supplemented with the C35-GD2 with left-hand thread and special adapter bolts M10 (LH) / M8 (RH) or M10 (LH) / M10 (RH) as further enhancements. C35-LP3
The converter series C35-LP3 is only working with the RLG-M generator and therefore does not come into contact with other ultrasonic generators. Thanks to its M16 HF connector, it can be easily connected to the RLG-M generator via the separate 1.2m HF cable. Its compact size, flexibility and cost-effectiveness make it the ideal partner for OEMs with standardized small screens. In combination with the RLG-M generator, the converter comes with a UL Recognized certification according to NFPA 79. Not available as Ex version. Ultrasonic power max. 15 W. Separate 1.2m HF cable. HF-Cables
The converter series C35-SD8, C32-HP1 and C35-LP3 require HF cables. These serve as the connection between the generator and the converter. The reliable, optimally insulated cables are available in various lengths to place the generator at an optimum distance from the application.
Sieves
In addition to classic industrial sieves, other sieve geometries can also be excited with our ultrasound. These include the patented "Cool Sieve", the protective sieve for OEMs, which remains free of contamination and heat build-up.
Special Designs

Cool Sieve
The patented "Cool Sieve" is especially suitable for protective sieving. It always stays cool thanks to its smart design. In addition, apart from the mesh, there is no mechanical construction in the sieving area, which proactively prevents possible contamination of the product. Available in round and square versions.
Industrial Sieves
Our patented technology enables us to excite almost any sieve geometry with maximum efficiency. The converter always remains outside the sieving area without coming into contact with the product.

Bolts
Our bolts are made of titanium. This allows the ultrasound to be transmitted optimally and reliably in combination with the converter. In addition to the standard bolts, our range also offers special designs. For example, there are bolts with wrench bearing surface and special threads to be found within our portfolio.
Converter Holder
Safety first. The converter support, specially designed for industrial sieving machines, ensures maximum stability of the converter. Strong vibrations or tumbling motions are better absorbed, which also increases the longevity of the converter.
Ultrasonic Clamp
Thanks to the ultrasonic clamp, laboratory sieves (200mm) from various manufacturers can be easily excited with ultrasound. This brings the particle analysis process to a new level.
